Saturday in the Sticks

Wills and William wanted to do a little target practice. We forgot targets and earplugs but we still succeeded! Wills did a little dumpster diving and we got started.

Wills is sporting the new (to Dad) holster and pistol.

Bailey feels so protected by her man.

Ouch, that's loud.

Bailey looks great in Dad's coat.

William is sneaking up on the target.

After the target practice we did a mock Christmas tree cutting experience. We just drove up on the mountain, pulled off the road, walked a few feet and took this picture. No, we didn't cut down the tree nor did we have doughnuts and hot chocolate.

We then drove up to the Red Canyon overlook for the sunset. We saw some deer and some big horned sheep walked right up to the truck. We had dinner at the lodge where we did have hot chocolate.

Boys will be Boys

Boys just need to wrestle. Bailey and I just stayed out of the way.

Black Friday

Here we are in line at Walmart. We were sort of successful. I didn't get my computer but we all found a few things. Beverly won--she stayed home and still got everything on her list!

Thanksgiving Day

Here we are visiting with the Manns on ooVoo. It is so fun to see each other. (Richard needs some Dramamine.)

The table before.....

And now the pie!

Kristine and Keaton had an intense chess game.

The annual Risk Game!

And the winner is......

Happy Birthday, Kristine

Here is the birthday girl wearing her birthday crown that she got at preschool that day. Kristine is in her last year of her teens. Have a great year!

Here are the RACKSMs minus M. M did show up later with her fiancee.

Jeremy and Sarah's Wedding Day

Here is the beautiful wedding day outside of the Oakland Temple. It had rained the day before and rained the day after but on that day it was clear.

Dad practiced his picture taking skills and he is improving. Here are two of the dozen or so that he took.

Here is the view of San Francisco from the temple grounds.

Here are Jeremy and Sarah coming out of the temple.

Sarah made her lovely dress.

Hey, Hannah....Gotcha

In position for the large group shot.

Note to Robin and Charlie: We rode around in David and Sarah's Honda Odyssey...very nice.

Hannah, Brigham and Soren's arm!

The reception was held at Willow Heights. This is where we had the dinner.

Jeremy, Grandpa, Allen and Micah in deep discussion.

Cutting the cake: Here is the nice picture. It became a bit messier after this.

Here they are cleaning up a bit!

Fiesta Games

The Limbo was the first event of the evening, after the food! The kids loved it but they had the height advantage.

Jeremy showed us how it should be done.

Aunt Sarah was successful as well. The Bride, Sarah, also did a great Limbo with Jeremy but my camera was too slow to catch it.

The children had fun breaking the Wedding Bell Pinata.

Fiesta Food

On Friday, Nov 20 we went to CA to attend Jeremy and Sarah's wedding. There was a Fiesta for the family that evening at KayeLynn's parents home. It had been raining all day and was a bit chilly that evening. The Loy's closed off the patio the best they could and heated it with space heaters. Here are a few pictures of the food. It was wonderful Mexican dinner with more choices that one could eat!
