Eagle Court of Honor

Nate and Curt Ellgen received their Eagle Awards on Sunday July 5, 2009. Grandpa Robinson gave the Eagle Charge.

Here are the Eagles and their proud parents.

Bristol Jane Blakeslee

We were happy to be a part of the blessing of Bristol Jane Blakeslee on Sunday July 5, 2009.

Ben is a great father.

What a great looking family.

Pot Luck Dinner and Fireworks

We had a wonderful Pot-Luck dinner with the Sowards, Whites and Feltchs.

We were able to share the evening with David Feltch's parents and family and well as Scott Soward's mother.

We set up our chairs on the Junior High Track Field to watch the Fireworks. We choose a good spot since we were out of the way when the sprinklers came on!

Rockets Red Glare

Here is Jessica Jolley Greene at the launch pad with (L to R) Rachel, Keaton and Brian ready for the "Rockets Red Glare". (Richard's hat is in the picture too.)

Due to the high winds and one retrieval from the High School Soccer Field (thanks Keaton) the event was a short one this year.

4th of July Parade

We started the 4th of July by attending the parade. The first person we saw was Bristol Jane Blakeslee (of course Britain and Lisa were nearby).

Here are the "shady" people. Richard and Robert went early to save sidewalk space in the shade for us!! We are happy to claim Jessica and Sophie Wallis as part of our group.

Robert and Keaton were official photographers with me.

Keaton, Richard and Robert were out standing in the street with many others trying to be the first to see the "Jets". They arrived around 10:20 am and the parade began!

This was the first parade in many years that there wasn't a Jolley marching, playing, unicycling, etc. in it. So my final picture is of the jets on their way out of town.
